He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Williams and Mary Coburn Williams; his uncle Clyde Williams; and his brothers, Mark Williams, David Williams and Joey Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Angelia Waugh Williams; and his children, Ashley Barber (Derick) of Hitchins, Whittney Dallaire (Richard) of Willard, Nathan Miller (Heather) of South Shore and Edward A. Williams (Holly) of Johns Run.
