He was predeceased by: his brother Glen Campbell; and his stepfather Woody Eugene Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, James Donovan Steiner and Glenna J. Tolliver Campbell; his daughter Laura Beth Everman (Austin) of Olive Hill; and his brother Kevin Campbell (Jackie) of Crane Creek.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
