He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Tom" Parsons, Jr. and Geneva Opal Robinson Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Parsons of Grayson, Thomas Ray Parsons (Brittany) of Rush and Hunter Lee Parsons of Hitchins; his stepchildren, Becky Keeton and Gary Meadows; his grandchildren, Emma Grace Parsons and Kira Jo Meadows; the mother of his children Teresa Lynn Ison Parsons; and his uncle Bill Robinson (June) of Alexandria, KY.
