He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Louis Grider, Sr. and Toby Martinez, Sr.; and his great-grandparent Walter Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Brenna Jury; his parents, Toby Martinez, Jr. and Lisa Martinez; his sister Brianna Martinez; his grandmothers, Sherrial Martinez and Rose Simpson; his great-grandparent Anna Thompson; and his mother-in-law Lorie Jury (Keith). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
