She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin D. Carter; her daughter Debbie Carter; and her parents, Walter Lawson and Dorothy Farmer Lawson. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Gray (Barry) of Hodgenville, Bonnie Logsdon (Michael) of Hodgenville and Ronnie D. Carter of New Albany, IN; and her sister Sue Crewz of Sonora. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
