He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Heath and Dora Priddy Heath; and his brothers, Lee and Wayne Heath. He is survived by: his wife Alberta Brooks Heath; his children, Bobby Daniel Heath (Dana) and Latisha Holt (Adam); his stepdaughter Miranda Ray (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Lauren, Katie, Ember, Alexis, Tanner, Emma and Cooper; his great grandchild Oakley Hanner; and his siblings, Randy Heath, Doreen Miller, Hazel Check and Judy Miller.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sego Funeral Home (114 W South St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM.
