He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leroy and Mary Elizabeth Handley Cobb; and his sisters, Martha Sue Montgomery and Sandra Kay Hibbler. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol R. Smith, Rebecca Killebrew, William F. "Lefty", Timothy "Tim", John and Charles D. Cobb. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hubbard Cemetery (324 College St, Hodgenville, KY 42748).
