He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Jimmy Hawkins of Russell Springs, Jack Hawkins of Ohio, Clifford Hawkins of Ohio, Barbara James of Russell Springs, Emma Burns of Arkansas, Earlene Vicory of Ohio and Tina Hall of Ohio; and his close friend Shawn-Noel Land of Hodgenville.
