She was predeceased by: her father James C. Sturgeon; and her former husband Sam Pace. She is survived by: her husband Teddy Sharp; her mother Alma Kuhn Sturgeon; and her siblings, Kerry Sturgeon, Jim Sturgeon (Sharon), Mark Sturgeon, Patti Vance (Jeff) and Janine Chancellor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
