She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Gardner; her parents, Wilburn Hodges and Carrie Hodges; her siblings, Alva Humes, Mellie Morris, Wilburn Jr. and Elmer Hodges; and her grandson Johnny Ray Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Ruben "Butch" Gardner (Jeanette) of Elizabethtown, Sandra Craddock (David) of Bagdad and Mechel Gardner of Sonora; and her grandchildren, Darrin Gardner, Nathan Gardner (Crystal), Chris Craddock, Phillip Craddock (Calista), Jessica Grant (Cody), Joe Stults (Fawn), Matt Stults and Sarah Stults. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; a host of other family members.
