He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell C. Booker and Edna Gladys Heath Booker; and his siblings, Linda Booker, Ruel, Gary and Terry Booker.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Woods of Elizabethtown, Sarah Stephens (Randell) of Oklahoma, Cynthia Booker of Chicago, Terri Fortner (Aaron) of Muldraugh, Shay Hupp of Canada, Brittany Browning of Cecilia and Greg Booker (Laterressa) of Texas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
