He was predeceased by : his daughter Kristi Ard; his parents, Finis Hack and Pauline Davis Hack; and his brother Bobby Hack. He is survived by : his wife Vicki Logsdon Hack; his children, Jamie Hack of Hodgenville and Alana Hunter (Dale) of Magnolia; his son-in-law Ricky Ard of Hodgenville; his grandchildren, Lauren Neal (Bradlie), Kyle Woosley (Lauren), Kaitlin Hack, Daniel Ard, Jacob Hunter, Caleb Hack, Caden Hack and Kinzleigh Hack; his great grandchildren, Aaron and Amelia Neal; his siblings, Tom Hack of Cecilia and Carol Weeks of Virginia; and his sister-in-law Jackie Hack.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (1701 N Pleasant Hill Rd, Upton, KY 42784). A burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (1701 N Pleasant Hill Rd, Upton, KY 42784).
