He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Sidebottom and Elmer "Leo" Sidebottom; and his siblings, Terry Durrett, Brenda Bales and Billy Ray Sidebottom.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Sidebottom; his daughters, Shannon Stark, Tasha Ransonet and Lisa Stewart; and his brother Alan. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made to The Disabled American Veterans at D.A.V. National headquarters located at 860 Dolwick Drive, Erlanger, Ky, 41018.
