We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2025, Phyllis Hazle of Hodgenville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles (Red); her parents, Alonzo Wagoner and Margaret Pringle Wagoner; and her brothers, Z. L., Fred, Charles Robert and James Wagoner.
She is survived by: her sister Lynda Stearman; her nieces, Kathy Ross (Garry) of Hodgenville and Connie Baker of Hodgenville; her son Dr. Charles Hazle (Kristie) of Winchester; her granddaughters, Beth Turner (Brad) of Hodgenville, Allison Elmore (Carter) of Hodgenville, Katie Holt (Matt) of Hodgenville and Sarah Caven (Terry) of Hodgenville; and her great grandchildren, Biven, Baines Turner, Griffey, Ripken Elmore, Amos, Jude and Vivi Caven.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home (208 W Water St, Hodgenville, KY 42748). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
