She was predeceased by: her husband Harlan "Pooch" Wortham; her parents, Homer Hazle and Laura Hazle; and her sisters, Letha McDowell and Pauline Poore.
She is survived by: her children, David Wortham (Lois) of Elizabethtown, Janice Miller (Don) of Hodgenville and Beth Keith (Ricky) of Magnolia; her grandsons, Kenneth Wortham (Belinda) of Myrtle Beach and Jamie Miller (Angela) of Buffalo; her great grandchildren, Mallory Sellers (Colin), Sydney Wortham and Emily Miller; her great great grandchildren, Addilyn Sellers and RaeLynn Sellers; and her stepgrandchildren, Coreen, Scott, Jannette, Tammy, Jeff, Jessica and Jordain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
