She is survived by: her children, Katy Shepherd and James Shepherd (Chella Clark); her parents, James Middleton and Charlene Perry Middleton; her sisters, Gail Middleton, Nicky Middleton Smiddy (David) and Jamie Johnson (Chris); and her grandchildren, Alexander Shepherd, Olivia Clark, Bradley Clark and Eli Shepherd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family.
