He is survived by: his wife Desirea Harvey Perkins; his parents, Arthur "Joe" Perkins and Ruth Ann "Botchy" Brock Perkins; his sister Tracy Nicole Perkins; his grandmother Debbie "Bobbie" Perry of Holmes Mill; his brother-in-law Tyler Armstrong; his aunt Shirley Madison; and his cousins, Tyler Gilbert and Jacob Campbell.
