She is survived by: her husband Arthur "Joe" Perkins; her daughter Tracy Perkins; her daughter-in-law Desi Perkins; her mother-in-law Debbie "Bobbie" Perry of Holmes Mill; and her siblings, Glen Brock (Betty) of Appalachia, VA, Nancy Stanton (Robert), Nannie Huff (Arlis), Shirley Madsion (Terry) and Norma Price (Bill). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
