He is survived by: his children, Robert Shane Ethridge (Ana Maria) of Cadiz, KY and Buffy Dawn Harris (John) of Booneville, IN; his brother Edward Lee Ethridge (Kathleen) of Hopkinsville; his grandchildren, Kasie Dawn Conner, Andrew Joseph Conner, James Albert Harris, Shyana Dawn Ethridge Lile (Zack), Shane Austin Ethridge, Joseph Alexander Ethridge and Samuel Jude Ethridge; and his great grandchildren, Emmalee Schoenbaechler, Larzen Ellington, Ella Lile and Harper Lile.
