She was predeceased by: her parents, I. C. Ouzts and Doris Virginia Otis Ouzts; and her sons, Jonathan Toole and Thomas Toole. She is survived by: her husband Henry T. Toole, III of Woodlawn, TN; her daughter Kathrine Killebrew (Chris) of Hopkinsville, KY; her brother Gary Ouzts of Tampa, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jessica Webb Lucio and David Webb. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
