He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Wyatt (Gary) of Clinton, TN, Kim Breithaupt (Will) of Hopkinsville, KY and Shelia Jones (Craydon) of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters, Betty Grace (Earl) of Hopkinsville, KY and Janette Shelton of Greenville, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Monday, Justin Breithaupt, Elizabeth Wilson and George Murphy; and his great grandchild Andrea Monday.
