He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Gossett and Matilda Jane Gossett (Lewis); his former wife Mary Gossett; his sons, Johnathan Mathew Gossett and William Joshua Gossett; and his sister Virginia Mallory.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Robison Gossett of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Brian Robison of Madisonville, KY and Jennifer Robison of Hopkinsville, KY; and his siblings, David Gossett (Jackie) of Hopkinsville, KY and Marilyn Westerfield of Louisville, KY..
