He is survived by: his wife Virginia Faye Mason of Hopkinsville, KY; his children, Russell Paul Mason, Melanie Faye Mason Long (Denzil) of Austin, TX and Martha "Marti" Surrey (Mike); his brothers, Charles Ross Mason (Anna) of Lebanon, TN and Hugh Nelson Mason (Sonja); and his grandchildren, Remi Long, Riley Long, Anna Lucy Surrey and Nate Surrey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (1305 S Main St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
