He was predeceased by: his parents, O. D. McGuire and Margaret Jacobs McGuire; and his brother Steven Michael McGuire. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Payne of Dallas, GA; his close friends, Roger and Marsh Garner of Cadiz, KY; and his former wife Hazel McGuire of Hopkinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to a charity of the giver's choice.
