He is survived by: his wife Patsy Armstrong Gresham; his children, Angela Lee Hendon (Hank) of Hopkinsville, KY, Barry Gresham (Mary) of Pleasant View, TN and Cheslea Brown (Steve) of Hopkinsville, KY; his brother Merle Gresham (Betty) of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Kayce Gilkey (Chris), Carson Brown and Connor Brown; and his great grandchild Brooks Gilkey.
