He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Ward "Chuck" Thomas and Martha Crawford Thomas; and his brother Roger Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Winders; his children, Justin Thomas (Allie) of Pembroke, KY and Elizabeth Summer Thomas (Aaron) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Gail Hardy of Mt. Juliet, TN, Will Thomas (Gena) of Kuttawa, KY and Tim Thomas of Paducah, KY; and his grandchildren, Forrest, Gunner, Piper, Ella and Raylan.
