She was predeceased by: her parents, William Claude Livingston and Dorothy West Livingston. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Thomas (Melodie) of Crofton, KY and John Leslie Thomas (Valerie) of Lexington, KY; her brother Joe Livingston; and her grandchildren, Marlee Thomas Miles, Noah Thomas, Landry Thomas, Kaitlyn Thomas and Zach Thomas.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Green Hill Memorial Gardens (5325 Cadiz Rd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
