She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnis Woosley and Zepha Woosley; her husband Richard F. Haddock; her daughter Regina Denise Haddock; and her brothers, John Vinson, Jimmy Vinson and Billy Shanklin.
She is survived by: her son Gary W. Haddock (Joanne) of Hopkinsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Boggess (Jason) and Jonathan Haddock (Lesley). She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and five step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Pennyroyal Hospice 220 Burley Avenue, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
