He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Workman and Betty Workman. He is survived by: his wife Jill Cannon Workman; his children, Matt Workman of Hopkinsville, KY, Tyler Workman (Whitney) of Nashville, TN and Carlee Workman of Hopkinsville, KY; his siblings, Tim Workman (Kelley) of Hopkinsville, KY and Beth McCraw (Jamie) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Ellie Wokman, Parker Workman and Shepherd Workman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Max's Hope Pet Rescue or the Christian County Humane Society.
