She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Henry and Bertha Meachum West; and her siblings, Garth, Thural, Elwood West and Tula Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas R. Powell (Nancy) of Elkton and Gregory W. Powell of Elkton; her sisters, Clina Mae Norfleet of Hopkinsville, Dorothy Jungles of Hopkinsville and Betty Johnson of Hopkinsville; her grandchildren, Mary Beth Davis (Tim), Marshall Wayne Powell and Shawna Cornell; and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Jake Davis.
