It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard E. Keller of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, born in Pembroke, Kentucky, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles K. Keller and Jane Austin Watts Keller; and his siblings, Charles W. Keller, Francis Lee Keller and Carolyn Keller.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Buckley Keller of Hopkinsville; his children, Cory Keller of Cadiz, Craig Keller (Casey) of Lexington, KY and Emily Putty (Jason) of Nolensville, TN; and his grandchildren, Kayla Chavez, Kristen Keller Grossman, Kara Keller, Keller Putty, Henry Davis Keller and William Keller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family welcomes all friends and family and asks that those in attendance observe Covid-19 guidelines.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Dr. John Reynolds Duke Lung Transplant at DUMC Box 102352 Durham, NC 27710.

“Judy, Cory, Emily, Craig, and the entire family...our hearts grieve with yours. (Richard is driving the angels on their bus in heaven today. They must be happy to know he is such an “acclaimed” driver!) We remember the school bus driver, the PE teacher, summer house painter, the avid sportsman... as well as, the devoted husband and father. From Holiday School to Happy Hollow, we have been blessed to have had Richard Keller as our friend. We thank God for the honor! The Dunn Family✝️🙏”
