He is survived by: his mother Iona Joyce Daniel Isom of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.; his brother Timothy Reed Isom (Denise) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his sibling's children, Donnie Isom, Sarah McCord and Alecia Underwood; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Truett Underwood, Charlotte Underwood, Zoey Isom, Austin McCord and Tiana McCord.
