She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Horner, Sr. and Emma Mae Trout Horner; and her siblings, Wanda Horner Donegan and Paul W. "Sonny" Horner, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Robin Rudolph (Jeff) of Hopkinsville, KY and A. J. Johnson (Sidney) of Hopkinsville, KY; her siblings, Jerry Horner of Goodlettsville, TN, Judith Handley of Springfield, TN and Michael Horner of White House, TN; and her grandchildren, Candice Peterson, Cayce Armstrong (Kali), Cassidy Eakes (Blake), Catherine Rister (Nathan), Abigail Johnson, Ava Johnson and Amelia Johnson. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
