He is survived by : his mother Bobbi Bradley of Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers, Chris Karohl of Hopkinsville, KY, Johnnie Bradley, Jr. (Stephanie) of Clarksville, TN and Tommy Bradley of Hopkinsville, KY; his niece Madelyn Bradley; his nephew Ethan Bradley; his aunt Phyllis Worthley; and his uncle Leon McCraw.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home (2504 S Virginia St, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
