He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Robert Doss and Margaret Lucinda Johnson Doss; and his siblings, Minor Ray Doss, Mary Doss Losch, Bob Doss, Dorothy Doss Stevens, Paul Doss, William "Bill" Doss and James Doss.
He is survived by: his wife Angelea Campbell Doss; his children, Jeffrey Thomas Doss (Karen) of Lexington, KY, Steven Campbell Doss (Dee Ann) of Campbellsville, KY and Cynthia Marie "Cindy" Doss Noel (Tim) of Hopkinsville, KY; his siblings, Al Doss of Hopkinsville, KY, Mike Doss (Janice) of Paducah, KY, Betty Doss Riddle of Lexington, KY and Margaret Doss McCorkle (Joe) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Jacob Thomas Doss (Jessica), Aaron Tanner Doss (Martita), Sara McKenzie Doss Doodian (Stephen), Caroline Noel Hayes (Austin), Kathryn Boyd Wright (Dylan), Alexander Campbell Doss (Meghan) and Ethan Kirk Noel (Elaina Parker). He is also survived by nine GREAT grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Southside Church of Christ (529 Country Club Ln, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Southside Church of Christ or Pennyroyal Hospice.
