She is survived by : her children, Gladys Avery (Laymon Avery) of Greensburg, KY, Tex Meredith (Marilyn) of Hardyville, KY and Elbert Meredith (Rose) of Cub Run, KY; her grandchildren, Lori Waldeck (Jeremy), Mary Lykins (Elliott), Timmy Avery (Jamie Gagner), Patrick Avery (Pam), Allye Matney, Ryan Avery, Makayla Meredith (Tristan), Riley Knackstedt, Eric Sparks, Pamela Burns, Linda Cook and Trevor Meredith; her great grandchildren, Hudson Meredith, Brock, Reese Lykins, Isabelle and Lucas Waldeck; and her siblings, Wayne Cox (Edna) of Munfordville, KY and Sharon Osbrooks of Bowling Green, KY.
