He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie Steve Spencer (Lillie). He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Spencer and Lorine Spencer; and his siblings, Laura Bush (Danny), Darrell Spencer (Theresa), Drema Doss (late Ira), Ricky Spencer, Kimberly Harper (Dickie), Judy Harlow, Tammy Hayes (Rickey), Stacey Spencer and Teresa Stover. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Winn Funeral Home (210 Maple Ave, Horse Cave, KY 42749). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at the Spencer Family Cemetery.
