He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Pennington and Ollie Joseph Pennington; and his siblings, Elisha, Hamp, George, Homer, Elmer Pennington, Eva Mosley and Shirley Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Howard Pennington of Hoskinston, KY; his children, David Pennington (Stella), James Pennington (Norma), Steven Pennington (Wayna), Dennis Pennington of Hoskinston, KY and Geneva Stidham (Ted); his sister Rosemary Pennington of Dayton, OH; his grandchildren, Rebecca Sandlin, Mary Ogle, Brian Pennington, Stephanie Pittman, Joanna Whitehead, Tyler Pennington, Tamara Brock, Josh Stidham and Shelbie Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Kasey Roberts, Raylan Pennington, Adleigh Smith, Kaiden Roark and Alexis Pittman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
