She is survived by: her children, Paul Bailey (Marlene) of Hyden, KY and Rhonda Leddington (Eugene) of Stinnett, KY; her siblings, Bob Shell of Hoskinston, KY, Larry Shell (Linda) of Hyden, KY, Gary Shell (Ruthann) of Hoskinston, KY and Donna Clark (Rod) of Hyden, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Hacker (Ben), Lucas Leddington, Jesalyn Maggard and Casey Maggard; and her great grandchildren, Bentley and Maverick Hacker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
