He is survived by: his children, Greg Patton (Susan) of Hueysville, Kentucky and Sherri Cummins (Doug) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Austin Patton (Ashley), Matthew Patton, Lorel Cummins, Rachel Cummins, Tyler McFarland (Kelsey), Jacob Varney and Riley Varney; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Easton, Alaina, Kaiden and Mason; and his brothers, Jerry Patton of Hueysville, Kentucky and Clell Patton of Hueysville, Kentucky.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
