He is survived by: his spouse Caryol Shepherd Allen; his parents, Billy Allen and Maggie Prater Allen of Hueysville, KY.; his son Gregory Neil Allen of Hueysville, KY; his siblings, Gwen Howard (Mike) of Hueysville, KY and Steve Allen of Prestonsburg, KY; his niece Kristi Hagans (Jarrad); his great-niece Jaycee Hagans of Hueysville, KY; and his sister-in-law Lynn Fletcher.
