He is survived by : his wife Karen Scott Bailey; his children, Kindle Lee Bailey (Travis Paris) of Richmond, Kentucky, Megan Carol Bailey (David Myers) of West Virginia and Madeline Grace Bailey (Donovan Patton) of Hueysville, Kentucky; and his siblings, David Scott Bailey of Michigan City, Indiana and Lisa Faye Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
