Faye leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Faye’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Mark Wesley and Daisy Helen Buckles Wesley; her husband Guy Shelby Best; and her sister Eleanor Ray Wesley Light. She is survived by: her children, Guy Shelby Best Jr. of Dania Beach, Florida and Helen Gay Bowen (Lawrence Bowen) of Port St; her grandsons, Tyler Best, Wesley Best and Will Bowen; and her nieces, Evelyn A. Chandler and Helen Whitler Banks.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Heritage Hospice, whose compassionate care meant so much to Faye and her family, or to a charity of your choice.
