He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Kelley and Eva Saunders Gover Kelley; his brothers, Harold and Howard; and his close friend Dale Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jeffries Kelley; and his children, Brian Kelley of Lancaster, Linda Dewees (Joe) of Stanford and Lee Ann Smith (Brad) of Stanford.
