He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eugene and Ethel Louise Wright Rothwell; his wife Alma Pearl Wilson Rothwell; and his siblings, Susan Rothwell Moran and Gary Eugene "Doc" Rothwell.
He is survived by: his son Gary Wayne Rothwell (Rebecca) of Moreland; his sister Robin Allison (Mike); and his grandchildren, Jayde, Dakota and Susan Rothwell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
