She is survived by: her children, John Henry Sizemore (Cathy), Maggie Lewis (Chris Lewis) and Rebecca Osborne; her siblings, Paul Lewis and Helen Hensley; her grandchildren, Anthony Lewis, April Estrada and Ashley Roark; her great grandchildren, A. J. Lewis, Hayden Lewis, Brody River Lewis, Makenzie Estrada, Kamryn Estrada, Mason Estrada, Kacie Roark and Chase Roark; her great great grandchild Neo King Givens; and her sons-in-law, Mark King and Carlo Osborne.
