He is survived by: his wife Ophia Carolyn Day Lewis; his children, Brasley Lewis, Brady Lewis, Imogene Lewis Vanzant (Andy) and Megan Lewis (Sam); his sister Beatrice Bonner; his grandchildren, Maryetta, Ricky, James, Jamie, Brandy, Crystal, Sophia, Christina and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Ashley, Alex, Katie, Zeb, Hannah, Tyler, Haley, Rose and Cynthia; his nieces, Linda, Mary Elizabeth and Larnie; his pet Dozer; and his friends, Clyde Wells (Donna), Michael Malicott (Charles), Peter Olivio (Angela), Joey Olivio (Rhonda), Terry Jacobs, Scottie Smiles, Cecil Goins (Mary), Roger Wells (Carolyn) and Daniel Dodson.
