He is survived by : his wife Betty Rice Harris of Sizerock, KY; his sons, Benny Ray Harris II of Sizerock, KY, Benson Tate Harris and Savana of Sizerock, KY; his siblings, William Harris, Jr. (Patricia), Roger Harris (Glenda), Charles Harris (Mary Gail), Brenda Lawson (Tony), Norma Harris of Hyden, KY. and Marie Woods of Sizerock, KY; and his grandsons, Ryan Harris, Dylan Harris and Cole Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & other relatives & friends.
