He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Brock; and his brothers, Donald Lynn Brock and Eugene Blue Brock. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Barbie Hatton of Dayton, OH, Rayan Kincer (Fred) of Dayton, OH and Hope Hatton of Dayton, OH; his siblings, Kenneth Wayne Brock of Dayton, OH, Wesley Brock of Hyden, KY, Ballard Brock, Jr. (Melina) of Hyden, KY and Laura Sizemore (Daniel) of Hyden, KY; and his nephews, Cody Brock, Braxton Brock and Logan Sizemore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
