He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Lowe; and his brother James Lowe. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Lewis Lowe; his wife Gloria Randolph Lowe; his children, Chrisley Lowe of Corbin, KY, James Lowe of Hyden, KY, Josie Lowe (Robert) of Hyden, KY. and Isabella Lowe of Hyden, KY.; his sister Sherry Burg (Don) of Fairfield, OH; his cousins, Michelle Morgan and Georgia Pyron; Connie Asher.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749).
